Best 3 Plotted Residential Projects in Greater Faridabad

As per the Master Plan of Faridabad released by the Government of Haryana few years back the city is going to double its population in the coming ten years and hence it has been decided to expand the city in such a way that it can accommodate the expected influx of people by that period. New land has been acquired in Faridabad and at least 15 to 20 new sectors have already been planned in the city.  Number of builders are coming into the city to plan and develop new Projects in all categories amongst them also are a number of plotted sectors. We are going to take a look at the best three plotted residential projects in Greater Faridabad.

BPTP DISTRICT PLOTS

BPTP is one of the major real estate developers in the city and have already been responsible for a number of residential projects in different categories like High rise flats, Independent Floors and also plotted projects. District plots is one of the major plotted mega project by BPTP Group. These plots being offered are spread out over two sectors namely sector 81 and 84. These plots are being offered under the provisions of the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana and are available in sizes ranging from 100 sq. yards to 180 sq yards. These plots are spread out over almost 69 acres of land in 4 different sectors and there are 1100 + plots in total for possession. These plots have been clubbed in different pockets as gated societies with all the requisite amenities like water supply, rainwater harvesting, Parks, crèches, community centers etc. Price range is 48000 to 65000 per square yard.

Godrej Retreat 

At number 2 comes a project by the Godrej Group called the Godrej Retreat in sector 83. This unique project is being developed in the style of a wooded jungle resort by the company. The project also has plots in sizes ranging from 110 to 180 sq yards also under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana. The developers have already started the work of planting more than 1500 trees and large number of plants in the gated project.  The project is divided into 5 different themes according to the type of fruit trees or flower plants in the particular pocket inside the project walls. The first part of the project has been launched with 375 plots and the phase 2 is still awaited. It truly promises to be a very unique residential project. Price range is 58000 to 60000 per sq yard.

Amolik Residency 

Number 3 on the list belongs to the Amolik Residency project in sector 86. This project is being developed by the Amolik Group a local builder. This project also offers under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana in different sizes ranging from 120 sq. yards to 170 sq. yards. These plots like all other affordable plotted projects are passed for construction of structures of stilt plus 4 floors. The infrastructure of this gated society is also under development and the plots are going to be handed over shortly.  These will also be backed by a number of amenities like in other plotted projects like a Garden, security arrangements at the gate and CCTV coverage in the compound. Besides that rainwater harvesting, garbage collection and many more facilities which are now common to the gated and walled projects all over India.
